Pack with Care
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box with all manuals, cables, and remote controls, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship to Our Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
